Shannon uses a local orthotic fabrication lab to make your custom foot orthotics.
The lab process includes cast preparation, heating of plastics and EVA to be vacuum pressed and molded to you 3D cast, and then grinding and shaping the device to Shannon's specifications.
At your pick-up appointment, Shannon uses her on-site lab and equipment to fine-tune your orthotics to fit appropriately in your footwear. She also can make modifications to your devices, while you wait, to ensure they are comfortable and preforming optimally.
Shannon began her Pedorthic career working in an orthotic fabrication lab and she feels that this skill set allows her to provide improved orthotic service.
